Odd Stripes Complete!
What were you doing at 11PM last night? I was finishing up my oddly striped socks! Yep, they're all done, and are now trying to dry as fast as they can so I can wear them tonight. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they're not too thick to wear with my boots.
It took me ages to weave in all the ends, but I was expecting that. Once I got into a rhythm I was fine, but it's not something I enjoy. The next pair of socks shall most definitely be without stripes, that's for sure!
I've got another bag of odds and ends from my mother, all various shades of brown, that I had intended to be my next project. But no, I need a break from contstantly changing colours. I'm going to be working with a variegated yarn next. More about that to follow.

They didn't dry in time for me to wear them last night, unfortunately. I'll have to show them off another time!
